Technological Achievements

In 1985, the project team was composed of Beijing Railway Bureau, Ministry of Railway Science Research Institute and Beijing Jiaotong University. Yinghao Li, as the representative of the long rail synchronous positioning lifting device research group, reported the results to the leaders from the Ministry of Railways and the Department of Science and Technology as well as other experts.

In 1985, the research team, composed of Beijing Railway Bureau, Ministry of Railway Science Research Institute and Beijing Jiaotong University, reported the research and development of long rail to the leaders from the Ministry of Railways and the Department of Science and Technology.

From 1984 to 1986, Yinghao Li led the research and development of the long rail synchronous positioning lifting equipment, which solved the major technical problems such as the long rail hauling and loading, the track operation and so on, which has been used till now. In 1988, it passed the technical appraisal of Ministry of Railways and won the third prize of national invention and second prize of Science and Technology Progress Awardof the Ministry of Railways.

Jan. 1993, a technical appraisal held by the Beijing Railway Bureau for three projects including thyristors.

From 1989 to 1992, after hundreds of trials, the first domestic first-generation thyristor test device was developed by BJTDS using analog circuits. And in January 1993, it passed the technology appraisal organized by the Beijing Railway Bureau. Many experts from the Operation Department of the Ministry of Railways, the Academy of Railway Science, the Electrification Engineering Bureau, and the Beijing Railway Administration participated in this meeting.

In September 1994, BJTDS signed a technical cooperation agreement with the party committee of the Beijing Railway Administration Industrial Corporation.
